Quite some time after ending her marriage to Tony Parker, Eva Longoria has made the decision to remove all traces of the failed romance from her stunning body. Case in point: she's having the “nine” tattoo removed.

Now dating Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz's younger brother, Eva is understandably eager to erase all memories about the marriage to Tony, which ended, as you must know, in a cheating media scandal.

Just recently, she went to see whether she could have the tattoo on the back of her neck removed, TMZ reports.

Admittedly, she'd already tried to have it lasered off but the procedure did not return the expected results.

“Eva Longoria has had enough of Tony Parker, both in marriage and on her body, because she went to a famous tattoo guy Wednesday to begin the final process of 86'ing the 'NINE' tattoo on her neck,” TMZ writes.

“Nine, of course, is Tony's number on the San Antonio Spurs, but it's not sitting well with Eva now that she's divorced from Parker. We've learned she went to Dr. Tattoff - the famous tattoo removal guy – Wednesday to get all traces of the tat removed,” says the same media outlet.

According to the same report, Eva did not see Dr. Tattoff alone: Eduardo was with her. TMZ even jokes that she's making room on her body for ink dedicated to her new man.

This is not the first time that reports emerge online about the actress' decision to erase all traces of her marriage from her body.

In January last year, she was photographed with spots on the wrist piece that once read “VII VII MMVII,” meaning 07/ 07/ 07, the date she and Tony got married.

This led to speculation that she either tried to have it covered with makeup and failed, or that she was in the process of having it lasered off, as we also reported at the time.

Then again, chances are Eva is in no rush to get new ink – even though Eduardo has already gotten a tattoo especially for her.
