14 DAY TRIAL // As if coming to confirm rumors of last week, Eva Longoria, now in the process of getting a divorce from Tony Parker, has just returned from what is believed to have been a romantic weekend with Eduardo Cruz.
We also noted last week that talk in the blogosphere had it that Eva and Eduardo, who is Penelope Cruz’s younger brother, were dating – and that things between them were getting more serious by the day.
The latest report would seem to confirm that: the two were spotted together on a yacht, reportedly returning from a romantic weekend together, AceShowbiz writes.
“Eva Longoria keeps fueling rumor of her dating Eduardo Cruz although her representative has denied the report. The twosome was spotted spending a romantic afternoon together this weekend in Miami Beach,” the e-zine says.
Though rumors about them dating have been around for almost a month, this is officially the first time they’re pictured on what could be a date.
“They were aboard a luxurious yacht on Saturday, February 5. The 35-year-old ‘Desperate Housewives’ star looked chic in a white top and jeans with beige peep toe heels,” AceShowbiz says.
“Eva and Eduardo, who is Penelope Cruz’s brother, were pictured while enjoying the sight from the ship. Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz were first romantically linked after they were seen together at her Los Angeles restaurant Beso in October last year,” says the report.
AceShowbiz also informs of talk that the two spent Christmas Eve together, which means that, if they’re dating, they’ve been doing it for far longer that the world knows.
Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker in November last year, amidst claims that he had an “emotional affair” with the ex-wife of one of his mates.
Reports at the time claimed that Eva had found incriminating text messages on Tony’s phone and that they had been talking about separation for many months before.
After Eva filed the divorce papers, Tony did the same. Both are citing “irreconcilable differences” for the split.
