The MPAA already ordered Dimension Films to cover her up in the official poster

Eva Green is too hot for the MPAA and too hot for TV as well. After Dimension Films, which is distributing the highly anticipated “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For” (“Sin City 2” for short), was ordered to do something to make her breasts less noticeable in the official poster, ABC seems to have the same objection about the trailer.

The network is refusing to air the trailer unless some visual trickery is applied to a scene in which she’s shown in a sheer bathrobe or the scene is edited out altogether, Page Six reports. The bathrobe makes her look as if she’s completely naked, network bosses have told the studio.

Instead of considering the option to comply with this demand, “Distributor Dimension Films is appealing the decision,” the report notes.

Luckily, in this day and age, people don’t have to rely that much (or at all) on television to get the latest news on their favorite stars or, as is the case here, movie trailers.

Hot on the heels of the biggest comics-based convention ever, San Diego Comic-Con 2014, where “Sin City 2” was also present, comes a brand-new, red band trailer for the film, in which you can admire Eva just like co-directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller intended you to see her.

While the MPAA and ABC continue to be hung up on her sheer bathrobe, Eva would rather we focus on more important things. “You have so many more violent things in the movie business… this is kind of soft. I’m not naked. It’s suggested,” she said after the MPAA banned the poster.

So, here’s the trailer, as it was meant to be seen. However, *please note that some discretion is advised because it might contain images that could offend.
