It’s another match made in movie set heaven: while shooting for the upcoming “Spider-Man” reboot, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone bonded – and they continue to do so now that shooting has wrapped, it has emerged.

Both young actors were single during production of “The Amazing Spider-Man” and, given that they play lovers onscreen, it’s no wonder they suddenly found they had lots of common interests in real life as well.

Now that shooting for the film is over, the two continue to date, even though, for the time being, they’re trying to fly under the radar, Us Magazine writes.

They’re just trying to see if there’s any future to their romance before they walk any red carpets together, presumably.

“They got close during filming and have been hooking up,” an inside source says for the celebrity magazine.

Andrew and Emma, two of the most promising young actors of today, did not start dating immediately after “Spider-Man” went into production: he was still dating Shannon Woodward, while she was in a relationship with Kieran Culkin.

Shortly after they became single, though, sparks began to fly between the two, sources say.

“They haven’t gone public, but he’s told his friends,” another insider reveals for the same publication.

“Sparks definitely flew between the costars at the MTV Movie Awards on June 5. First, the pair flirted throughout the ceremony (he was seated behind her). Then, at the afterparty, she squealed when she saw him – and they chatted for another 20 minutes!” Us adds.

When Garfield broke up from his girlfriend of 3 years in May, it was believed the reason was that he was spending way too much time in the US, while she was back at home in the UK.

Eventually, the distance took a toll on their relationship, they grew apart and decided it was best for both if each went on their separate way, as we also noted at the time.
