Electronic Arts has released Dungeon Keeper 1.0.54, an updated version of the studio’s tower-defense/strategy title for iPhone and iPad gamers.

Dungeon Keeper 1.0.54 offers performance updates and some under-the-hood improvements, of which EA starts with the improved Game Center login flow.

According to the game developer, “this fixes the issue where players could start playing Dungeon Keeper before Game Center had finished responding, making it appear like their dungeon had been reset.”

Raid mode completion rates have been addressed. Players reported an issue where they’d only achieve a 99% completion rate when, in fact, they were supposed to be at 100%.

The warlock’s dungeon pathing has been adjusted, which fixes some clipping issues, and the bug that prevented dig timers from appearing with building production has also been squashed. According to EA, “Dig timers now display correctly.”

Other changes are highlighted below.

• Previously when players cancelled their cave-in to revenge attack they would be taken to a different Keepers dungeon. This has been corrected and you can take sweet revenge

• Fixed issue where the Guild Request window could display incorrectly when presented with too many user requests

Dungeon Keeper 1.0.54 is localized in English, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.

To play the game, users need iOS 5.0 or newer installed on their devices. Supported hardware includes iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPad 2 and newer, iPod touch (4th generation), and iPod touch (5th generation).

Those who are yet to play the game are asked to note that “a persistent Internet connection [is] required to play,” and that “This app collects data through the use of third party ad serving as well as EA’s and third party analytics technology.” More details can be found in the game’s End User License Agreement.
