The first patch for the third person shooter, El Matador, has been released. This patch is meant to improve some glitches in the game and it will also add some new features in the game.

This 1.1 patch is compatible with all versions of the game, except the German version (was haben Sie gegen Deutsche?). It was meant to fix game bugs and also to add some options.

The games' developers thought of adding widescreen display support, refresh rate selection to option dialogs, some performance optimizations and also antialising quality selection to potions dialog. That pretty much sums up the new features added.

The list of things fixed in the game is much longer. For example, the WindowBlinds incompatibility issue has been fixed, as well as the Nvidia OpenAL performance issue and task switching. Switching sounds issues have also been addressed and resolved along with dual monitor cursor clipping issues.

If you were bothered by the camera shake problem after loading of saved game, you can breathe easy now. That's all been taken care of. Also, Fov and UI rendering vs HDR bloom issues have been resolved. Win2K DirectInput problem and input system smoothness issue gone!

All you need to do now is to install the patch and enjoy!
