The chassis ships with an 80 Plus Gold-rated power supply unit

Without another object to measure it against, the Hadron Air case from EVGA, shown in the image above, would come across as a mid-Tower case, even though it isn't.

The chassis is, instead, a compact PC case good only for mini-ITX motherboards, the types that are usually found housing HTPCs.

Obviously, this isn't an HTPC case. Regardless of the size, it is still tower, not desktop shaped. More likely, it's good for office PCs, or maybe particularly powerful mini-ITX motherboards with a PCI Express slot and, thus, some potential for gaming with the right equipment.

The side window, at least, doesn't fit the standard for boring office PCs. Besides, EVGA is known for gaming equipment before everything else.

Anyway, EVGA's Hadron Air comes with an 80Plus Gold-rated 500 W power supply, two USB ports, two 2.5/3.5-inch drive bays, two 120mm top fans, space for one slot-load optical drive, and room for a dual-slot graphics card (up to 267 mm / 10.51 inches in length).

Sales of Hadron Air should already be underway for $189.99 / €143.
