New EUROCOM notebook blends server functionalities

The EUROCOM has recently released a notebook that might be considered a real behemoth. The Panther 5SE comes packing a whopping 4TB of storage, 64GB of DIMM3 memory plus eight Xeon cores.

It will also ship with a 1.7-inch display and an extremely fast chipset. And according to the most recent news, the notebook has already impressed authorities in the field and has just won the “Form Factor Solution Innovation Award” called “Super Computer Sheds Weight, gains mobility, Becomes “Server-on-the-Go.”

EUROCOM has partnered up with Intel to bring a high degree of proficiency for professionals who need mobile sever capabilities with their line of work. This includes software/database developers, military workers, law enforcement and other service organizations that reply on the ability to be flexible anywhere, anytime.

Intel stated, “EUROCOM corporation successfully conquered this challenge by outfitting a desktop replacement chassis with the highest quality components, including the Intel Xeron processor E5 series and Intel S3700 solid state drive – chosen for their ability to support both workstation and server-class operations.”

The Panther 5SE also supports Solid State, Hybrid or Enterprise level drivers with RAID capability and weights a staggering 6 kilograms.
