After seeing so many waterblocks, it was about time EK actually launched a water cooling kit for desktop computers. The EK-KIT L series “value orientated water cooling kits” is now out.

There are three new water cooling kits ready to sell, called EK-KIT L120, EK-KIT L240 and EK-KIT L360.

In that order, they are priced at 179.95, 204.95 and 219.95 Euro, respectively, which corresponds to $234, $267 and $286, according to exchange rates.

Then again, with how seldom exchange rates actually reflect real prices, the probability is higher for US prices, assuming the coolers get released there, to be of $180, $205 and $220 instead.

EK-KIT L series is a basic all-in-one liquid cooling product up for sale though EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network.

All three versions have the EK-Supreme LTX UNI CSQ 2013 universal CPU water block, the EK-CoolStream RAD XT radiator (120, 240 or 360, depending on the variant), the EK-FAN Silent 120-1600 RPM fan, the EK-DCP 2.2 X-RES incl. Pump (water pump / reservoir combo unit) and EK-TUBE ZMT Matte Black 16/10 mm tubing (2 meters).

The company also included compression fittings in the box (EK-CSQ Fitting 16/10 mm - G1/4 Nickel) and EK-Ekoolant UV Blue coolant concentrate (100 mL; for 1L of coolant).

CPU sockets from both Intel and Advanced Micro Devices are supported by the EK-KIT L Series.

For the former, the LGA-775, LGA-775, LGA-1155/1156 and LGA-2011 are on the list. The latter has even more compatible sockets: 939, 754, 940, AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2.

For those wanting to learn more about the offers, the EK-CoolStream RAD XT deserves more than a cursory glance. It is a radiator that fits in most modern computer cases.

Finally, all the waterblocks launched by EK so far can be used with the high quality EK made EPDM rubber tubing and EK-DCP 2.2 12V DC water pump.
