They are called FlexScan S1923 and FlexScan S1903, respectively

I've already checked out EIZO's FlexScan S2133 Monitor, so that leaves only the two smaller ones that are basically the same product, with one exception: the type of display.

The FlexScan S1923 has a VA (vertical alignment) LCD panel with 178° viewing angles, while the FlexScan S1903 gets a TN (twisted nematic) LCD panel with 170°/160° viewing angles.

Both newcomers boast the 1280 x 1024 pixels resolution (5:4 aspect ratio), 250 cd/m2 brightness, two video inputs (DVI and D-sub), Dual 0.5 watt internal speakers, headphone jacks and the ability to enter an EyeCare mode that lowers brightness to 3 cd/m2 (reduces eye fatigue in low-light times).

More importantly, however, is that the displays, like their 21.3-inch sibling, comply with EPEAT Gold, Energy Star 6.0, and TCO Certified Displays 6.0 specifications. In fact, they have a TDP of 16W.

The launch day should come soon, but the prices of the FlexScan S1923 and FlexScan S1903 are rather low.
