As it so happens, various leaks, pictures and postings of upcoming products have been making their way to the Internet this past week, making the anticipations surrounding the rapidly nearing Consumer Electronics Show 2010 more intense. After MSI's 890FX-GD70 was pictured not too long ago, an entire gallery of pictures of the ECS H55H-M emerged, well-detailed and featuring quite a number of shots from various angles.

From the pictures, most of the upcoming motherboard's performance capabilities and extra features may be deduced. The motherboard is, as the name obviously implies, based on the H55 chipset and is a micro ATX form factor component designed to support the upcoming Clarkdale 32nm processors. Even though this board was built with affordability in mind, it still integrates a reasonable set of resources.

To be more specific, the card boasts support for 1156 CPUs, has two DDR3-1333 memory slots and one PCI Express x16 slot for graphics. In addition, despite being aimed at the low-end market, the ECS H55H-M motherboard still has six SATA 3.0 Gbps ports and is built with both D-Sub and DVI outputs. Extra features show Gigabit Ethernet connectivity capabilities and 5.1 channel audio.

Made to be accessible to the low-end market segment, the ECS H55H-M will be a suitable platform for the Clarkdale CPUs and will allow reasonable performance capabilities. Of course, the existence of a single PCI Express x16 slot outrules any SLI or CrossFireX graphics configurations, but this is unlikely to be considered a major drawback considering the high unlikeliness of low-end users to afford buying more than one graphics adapter at a time.

Of course, pricing and availability details have not been given, although one could speculate that the H55H-M will become available around the same time as the Clarkdale CPUs. Until that time, however, all that end-users can do is wait and hope for something they like to come out in a timely fashion.
