14 DAY TRIAL // The Aqua N15 is the new mid-range Android smartphone announced by Indian OEM Intex recently. The device is expected to arrive on the market in the next couple of days.
According to Intex, the smartphone will be available for purchase through all major retailers across the country for only Rs 6,090 outright, which is about $100 or €75.
The Aqua N15 may be one of the many Moto E competitors that have been flooding the Indian market lately, so expect quite decent features for the price mentioned earlier.
The most important aspect is the fact that Intex Aqua N15 ships with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box. Along with the Aqua N16, Intex has also introduced the Aqua i14 smartphone that comes with the same version of Android.
These are among the first mid-range smartphones launched by Intex that run Android 4.4 KitKat, so those interested in having the latest version of Google’s operating system may want to give the Aqua N15 a spin.

Specs-wise, the Aqua N15 matches some of Moto E’s features, so it’s up to each Android fan to decide which device is better for them. Intex’s smartphone sports a 4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution.
On the inside, the mid-range smartphone is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, which is complemented by 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.
Obviously, the handset offers dual-SIM capability with dual standby support, as well as other connectivity options, including 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB and GPS with A-GPS support.
Intex Aqua N15 also boasts an impressive 8-megapixel rear-facing camera that features autofocus, LED flash and video recording, while in the front, there’s a secondary 2-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.
