The Indian mobile market is pretty crowded when it comes to dual-SIM handsets. But what about dual-SIM tablets? US-based company Swipe Telecom has just released such a device in India, which we assume it’s a first.

Dubbed Swipe Tab All in One, the tablet supports 3G dual-SIM capability and is now available for purchase for only Rs 11.999 (225 USD or 175 EUR) outright.

So far, we’ve been unable to learn if the dual-SIM tablet will be subsidized by an Indian carrier, but there were unconfirmed rumors that the slate would eventually get an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.

That means that the Swipe Tab All in One will be shipped with Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich platform out of the box.

However, that should not pose as an inconvenient for not purchasing the Swipe Tab All in One tablet. The slate is equipped with a pretty powerful 1.5 GHz single-core processor and packs 1GB of RAM.

Moreover, it boasts a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (1028 x 768 pixels) resolution, which is unusual for such a cheap device.

On the inside, the tablet embeds only 8GB storage, but users will be able to expand it further up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

We already mentioned that Swipe Tab All in One tablet offered 3G support, but owners will also be able to take advantage of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity options.

Even though the tablet is powered by Android platform, we’re not sure if it got certified so we can’t say whether it provides access to Google Play store or not.

Nevertheless, the slate is said to come with a slew of pre-loaded software, including Olive Office Premium, Flash 11.1, e-book reader, Audio Recording, and lots of games, such as Temple Run and Angry Birds.
