Mice come out all the time, so I'm not surprised to learn of a certain peripheral that Sharkoon has only just released.

Called Drakonia, it is a gaming laser mouse reliant on the Avago ADNS-9800 Laser Sensor, whose sampling rate is of 8200 DPI.

That's just the top DPI though. The sensitivity is adjustable, and is indicated by the LED display.

Then, there's the ability to program the functions of the mouse buttons and the scroll wheel as well.

Furthermore, Sharkoon chose the SoftSkin rubberized surface and implemented the Weight Tuning System as well, consisting of six interchangeable metal weights.

Sharkoon's new mouse ships with a CD containing the configuration software and, of course, instructions for use. A carrying bag and a set of plastic mouse feet are part of the package as well.

Customers should be able to find the Sharkoon Drakonia Black Gaming Laser Mouse up for sale at €37.99 / $37.99 – 50.
