14 DAY TRIAL // A new application was made available for download for Windows Phone 8 devices today, namely Pandora, now up for grabs for free and with no ads included.
What Windows Phone 8 users should know about the new application is that it comes with no monthly streaming limit, a feature that is exclusive to their platform throughout 2013.
For those out of the loop, we should note that Pandora was made available as a free, personalized radio aimed at providing users with access to music they love while on the go.
“Just start with the name of one of your favorite artists, songs, comedians, or composers, and Pandora will create a custom station that plays similar tracks,” the app’s description reads.
Offering support for the features and capabilities of Microsoft’s latest mobile OS flavor, the app enables users to easily pin favorite stations to the phone's home screen, so that they will be able to see what’ playing at a glance on the Pandora Live Tile.
Pandora provides users with the possibility to create up to 100 stations, so that they will be able to easily switch between favorites.
There are hundreds of music and comedy genre stations already available through the service, ranging from Dubstep to Smooth Jazz to Power Workout.
