Those enrolled with Apple’s developer program have been informed that a third beta of OS X 10.7.2 is available for download alongside iCloud for OS X Lion Beta 9 and iPhoto 9.2 Beta 3.

Immediately obtainable from Apple’s Mac Dev Center, OS X Lion Update 10.7.2 Build 11C43 asks developers to focus their testing efforts on areas like AirPort, AppKit, GraphicsDrivers, iCal, iChat, Mac App Store, Mail, Spotlight and Time Machine.

There are no known issues with the build but Apple says “it is not advisable to use this software on a production system with information on it that you depend on for your business.”

“If you installed a previous seed of Mac OS X v10.7.2, please run the enclosed Reversioner.pkg, do not restart but install the update immediately after,” the Mac maker adds.

Apple also warns developers that that will not be able to revert back to their previous system after updating. The company stresses that devs must be prepared to erase the system they plan on installing this update, if necessary.

Since the build is being provided for testing and development purposes, testers are urged to submit a bug report using the online Bug Reporter, but not before they make sure to include “10.7.2 (11C43)” in the bug title and description.

Also important to note, “Engineering requires additional information for crashing bugs, kernel panics, and hanging issues,” says Apple.

According to the seed notes, the OS X Lion 10.7.2 Update (Combo) updates OS X Lion 10.7 or 10.7.1 GM builds or any earlier seed of Mac OS X v10.7.2, but only after installing the included reversioner.

Those who wish to test the Photo Stream feature on a Mac will need to install iPhoto 9.2 beta 3.
