Nvidia has just deployed a brand new set of drivers for its GeForce graphics cards, which improves performance in games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Mass Effect 3 or Diablo III.

PC gamers have seen a lot of great games being released at the end of last year, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or Skyrim, and are now getting ready for new titles like Mass Effect 3 or Diablo III.

In order to give owners of its GeForce graphics cards more advantages, Nvidia has now deployed a new set of drivers, reaching version 295.73.

PC gamers who have any of the aforementioned titles will see improvements in performance. The biggest change is visible in Skyrim, with Nvidia saying that a performance boost of 45 percent was recorded in Bethesda’s massive role playing game.

Special features like ambient occlusion have been improved in Modern Warfare 3, Diablo III or the aforementioned Skyrim, while PhysX performance is much better in Batman: Arkham City or Alice: Madness Returns.

Last but not least, thanks to these new drivers, Nvidia managed to double the framerate of Mass Effect 3 when ran with two GeForce graphics cards connected in SLI mode.
