Early adopters starting to test the first Beta development milestone of the next generation of Windows Intune can access additional resources from Microsoft to get additional insight into the release, as well as answers to the most common questions about the Build.

Microsoft launched Windows Intune July 2011 Beta last week, inviting testers to take out for a spin the next major iteration of its Cloud-based PC management and security offering.

Concomitantly with the availability of Windows Intune July 2011 Beta, a FAQ and a Factsheet for the development milestone also went live on the Microsoft Download Center.

Both resources can be downloaded free of charge, and the same is valid for the newest Windows Intune Beta.

With the “Windows Intune July 2011 Beta: Frequently Asked Questions” document, testers can find answers to questions such as “What’s new in this beta?”

“The core architecture remains unchanged, and we’ve added a few of the top feature requests. We’ve also made usability improvements to the service to deliver a richer experience and help you proactively address the PC management and security needs of your business,” Microsoft reveals.

There are a range of additional answers provided by the Redmond company to questions that early adopters might have about Windows Intune July 2011 Beta.

The second document that testers can take advantage of is the Windows Intune July 2011 Beta Factsheet, also offered through the Download Center.

“Windows Intune simplifies and helps businesses manage and secure PCs using Windows cloud services and Windows 7, so your computers and end users can operate at peak performance from virtually anywhere,” the software giant notes in the Windows Intune July 2011 Beta Factsheet.

“This guide [is designed to take] you through some of the key tasks you can perform to setup and manage your computers with the Windows Intune cloud service.”
