A 10-year-old Rottweiler mix by the name Tucker is now making headlines after throwing up a wedding ring that its owner lost several years ago and that nobody had the slightest idea was carefully tucked away inside the pooch's stomach.

Information shared with the public says that Lois Matykowski, who now lives in Wisconsin, US, last saw her wedding ring about 6 years ago. At that time, the woman blamed Tucker for the ring's sudden disappearance.

However, after closely monitoring its bathroom breaks for several weeks in a row and even checking its poop hoping to find the missing piece of jewelry and coming up empty-handed, she gave up and assumed the ring was forever lost.

As it turns, this was not the case. On the contrary, Daily Mail tells us that, about a week ago, the ring made a spectacular comeback. In a nutshell, Tucker threw it up after eating an entire popsicle without bothering to chew it first and getting sick.

Lois Matykowsky explains that, around June 15, she and her two granddaughters were hanging out in the family's yard and feasting on popsicles. At one point, Tucker started panting. Thinking the dog was thirsty, the woman went to get it some water.

While she was busy preparing the pooch's drink, Tucker seized the opportunity and stole a popsicle, which it pretty much gobbled up. Worried that the stick might not agree with its stomach, Lois Matykowsky called a vet.

Looking to recover the popsicle stick, the vet got the gluttonous pooch to throw up. At that time, the stick was the only thing that came out of the dog. However, several days later, Tucker also threw up Lois' long lost wedding ring.

The woman says that, despite the fact that it spent 6 years inside Tucker's stomach, the ring looks as good as new. Thus, after washing it with a toothbrush and some toothpaste, the woman simply put it back on her finger.

The vet who treated Tucker and helped recover the missing piece of jewelry suspects that the ring was stuck somewhere inside the dog's stomach, and that the popsicle stick helped dislodge it and sent it up the pooch's throat and back on Lois' finger.

Funnily enough, Lois Matykowsky says her friends are now a tad jealous of her and her magical dog that pukes wedding rings out of the blue. “My friends have been telling me, ‘I want a dog that throws up diamonds.’ Who wouldn't, right?” the woman says.
