14 DAY TRIAL // A Brazilian website has posted what appears to be the seed notes for Apple’s latest Snow Leopard developer build. Mac OS X 10.6.2 Build 10C531 fixes the one outstanding issue related to Image Capture mentioned in the previous build (10C527f), as well as half a dozen other problems related to ColorSync, Dock crashes, GraphicsDrivers, and QuartzCore. Build 10C531 lists no known issues, although this may not be a clue that the development is wrapping up.
As noted above, the website in question has posted the seed notes for Mac OS X 10.6.2 Build 10C531. The most important notes for fans of the Mac operating system are reproduced below.
Softpedia reported recently that Apple’s new Magic Mouse would gain full compatibility with the company’s computers only after the user installed Mac OS X 10.6.2, or a Wireless Mouse Software Update – requirements for full support of the device. No such mentioning is made in the current developer build of Mac OS X Snow Leopard, although the Magic Mouse user guide clearly states that one of the two software updates needs to be installed for full compatibility.
