The development team at Eidos Montreal and publisher Square Enix are finally ready to deliver the first official trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which is the new entry in the rebooted form of the classic action series.

The teasing process for the game began on Monday on Twitch, and a leak confirmed that the game was coming yesterday, before the setting, and the name was also confirmed.

The trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is two minutes long and manages to offer a pretty clear overview of the premise of the coming story.

The two companies say gamers will be able to explore "the aftermath of the Aug Incident, a day when mechanically augmented citizens all over the world were stripped of control over their minds and bodies, resulting in the deaths of millions of innocents. The year is now 2029, and the golden era of augmentations is over."

All humans who have used mechanical augmentations are living on the fringes of society, and they are blamed for massive terrorist attacks.

Adam Jensen, now sporting a dirtier beard, seems to be the only one aware of the fact that a deeper conspiracy is seeking to control the future of both augmented and baseline humans.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will introduce new abilities and boss fights

The official trailer is also saying that the new title is set to arrive soon on the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft, and the PC.

This might mean that the title will try to arrive before the end of 2015 or early in 2016.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is set to introduce a range of new powers for Adam Jensen, who will be able to equip a powerful nanoshield in order to stop attacks and can make use of his nano blade to attack at a distance.

The trailer also suggests that the enemy encounters and the boss battles will be improved and that the entire world will have more interactions for players who want to explore it.

Square Enix has said that it plans to create a bigger gaming universe around the new title in the series, which will probably involve mobile games and other apps.

So far, no gameplay footage from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been revealed, but the CGi looks very good at the moment.
