Bungie has just revealed a few new things about its Destiny multiplayer shooter, confirming that update 1.2.0 is still coming soon as a solution for the delay glitch has been found, while also sharing a special gameplay video of the upcoming House of Wolves expansion.

Destiny has been around for quite some time now, as the multiplayer shooter launched initially in September of last year across PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

While the initial debut didn't exactly live up to the huge amount of hype, developer Bungie has focused hard on improving the game through free updates, not to mention expansions like The Dark Below, which rolled out in December.

Currently, the studio is focusing on the second major expansion, in the form of House of Wolves, as well as the next big update, in the form of patch 1.2.0.

Update 1.2.0 might debut today, May 14

After delaying the debut of the patch yesterday due to a last-minute glitch, Bungie Community Manager David Dague confirms on the forums that work on fixing it is still ongoing. A solution has been found, but more time is needed to ensure that the rollout of the patch won't encounter any problems.

"Solutions for technical issues that have delayed the delivery of updates have been identified. Work is ongoing and we'll release the new content and the Patch Notes as soon as we can. Stand by for more information on timing," Dague explains.

A new House of Wolves video is now available

Until the patch finally comes around, a special House of Wolves gameplay video has just been released, including some impressive footage from the Destiny expansion. From the new story missions to the cooperative Prison of Elders arena or the competitive multiplayer event Trials of Osiris, lots of different things are portrayed.

Check out the video below and get ready for House of Wolves on May 19. Patch 1.2.0 is still set to appear at some point until then.
