Video game developer Bungie is still working on the final elements of the House of Wolves expansion for Destiny, but the team is also ready to offer fans a glimpse of the coming content in a new livestream.

The company is stating in a Twitter message that it is planning to go live with new footage starting at 11 AM Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, April 29.

The commentary team is made up of Deej, the community manager at Bungie, and Lars Bakken and Derek Carroll, who are leading design teams for the House of Wolves expansion.

Gamers will be able to get more information on the Trials of Osiris, the competitive multiplayer event that will be added to Destiny.

Fans already know that the core structure of the activity will be built around two teams of three players and an elimination dynamic.

Bungie says that power levels will matter a lot in Trials of Osiris and that those who manage to get a lot of wins will gain access to special items for their Guardians that are based on a special theme.

The stream will answer more community questions about the House of Wolves expansion and the ways it will tweak the classic Destiny experience.

The social shooter is also getting a free associated patch

House of Wolves is a paid expansion, covered by the Season Pass that Bungie has already sold for the title.

But the development team is also committed to the task of making sure that it eliminates all the bugs the community is reporting and that the experience is as well balanced as possible.

House of Wolves for Destiny will be introduced on May 19 on all platforms.

New strikes are being added, but gamers will not get an end-game raid, although one is in development.

Bungie says that it plans to launch it before the end of the year, but it's unclear whether a free content drop is planned or if it will make it a part of another expansion.

House of Wolves will also introduce new items that will allow all the Guardians to become more powerful and reach a new level cap.
