After rolling out patch 1.2.0 for Destiny, Bungie confirms the official changelog for the upcoming hot fix update 1.2.0.1 for the multiplayer shooter, which is scheduled to launch alongside the House of Wolves expansion on May 19, worldwide.

Destiny has received a huge amount of updates since its debut back in September of last year, and through them developer Bungie has brought forth quite a few interesting modifications to the online first-person shooter experience.

The first big expansion, The Dark Below, introduced quite a few other new things and modifications, while the upcoming second add-on, House of Wolves, is set to include even more big additions to the multiplayer title.

Besides the actual add-on, May 19 will also see the debut of hot fix update 1.2.0.1 for Destiny, according to the official website, which makes a few key changes and modifications to the game in anticipation of the expansion.

The official changelog has also been revealed, in order to highlight all the different modifications that will impact every Destiny player, not just those who buy House of Wolves.

Among the changes in 1.2.0.1 are increased drop rates for mark and reputation in the PvP Crucible mode, not to mention a new daily reward package for those who complete at least one game in the daily featured playlist.

The Iron Banner also sees some tweaks through the hot fix, in order to adjust the power curve, add six additional bounties, and other such things.

The Cryptarch in the Tower zone will no longer convert newly acquired legendary engrams to shards, while daily heroics are going to deliver motes of light instead of shards.

For those who have connection problems, there's a new Connection Recovery system that attempts at fixing the issues instead of just kicking players back to orbit. It will first be enabled for the Trials of Osiris PvP experience in House of Wolves, and soon it will be rolled out to all other activities.
