Demi Moore is relatively fresh out of rehab but she's about to hit rock bottom again. Her relationship with her three daughters has also deteriorated completely, to the point where they're considering getting a restraining order against her, a new report claims.

For some weeks now, reports making the rounds online say that Demi may have relapsed. They first emerged when Demi did – and she seemed thinner, frail, tired.

Radar Online claims to have it on good authority that, indeed, the actress is back to using drugs again, which has driven her daughters with Bruce Willis, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah, to urge her to seek help.

When she refused and violent verbal spats ensued, they walked out of her life.

Insiders say that Demi is besides herself with hurt and pain at the thought of losing her daughters, and she's doing everything she can to win them back.

In this case, this amounts to calling and emailing them almost non-stop, which has forced the girls to consider seeking a restraining order.

“Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are seriously considering taking out a restraining order against Demi to stop her from contacting them,” a family source tells Radar.

“They made it clear to her weeks ago that they do not want to talk to her right now but she is still trying to contact them,” the insider goes on to say.

“Demi has been calling them incessantly and emailing them, leaving them tearful messages and begging them to call her and the girls are sick of it. It is a really drastic measure and not something they are considering lightly but they just feel like they want some peace and quiet,” adds the source.

Just recently, Demi returned to work, shooting her first film since the scandal that ended her marriage to Ashton Kutcher and sent her spiraling to rehab.

Radar claims this was Demi's idea, because she thought that burying herself in work would help her get over the pain of losing her daughters – but it hasn't helped one bit.
