Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are set to take their romance to the next stage: according to fresh reports online, the two are engaged to be married, with Wilmer buying a diamond ring for the proposal from Tiffany’s right before Thanksgiving last year.

Hollywood Life has all the details on the bauble, saying it’s a “really classic, beautiful” piece. Demi might have teased fans with a look at it in a photo she posted on her Twitter a couple of days ago.

It didn’t come with a caption, but the singer’s next tweet hinted that something extraordinary had probably just happened. This way, engagement rumors started.

“Sooooo I don't think I've ever been happier in my life than this very moment that I am fully living in....,” Demi wrote.

The other day, she posted another photo, this time a collage of pics of herself and Wilmer, with the caption, “To the funniest, most inspiring, incredible man I know.. @WValderrama - thank you for helping me get through my darkest moments.. You truly are a light to this world and to my life.. Happy Birthday!!!”

Insiders tell Hollywood Life that Demi’s only condition in accepting Wilmer’s proposal was that he stopped partying so much, since she’s living a more quiet life these days after going to rehab for a string of issues, including an eating disorder, self-harming, and drug abuse.

As for the ring, an inside source at Tiffany’s tells Hollywood Life that it’s a gorgeous one. Wilmer was “so darn nice” during the shopping spree, the tipster gushes.

“He chose a really classic, beautiful ring. Demi is going to be a happy girl when she gets it. He didn’t say what it was for but he was really excited and happy — he seemed like any other guy getting ready to pop the question,” the source notes.

Reps for both stars were not immediately available for comment when contacted about the engagement rumor but, if wedding bells are in the cards for them, rest assured you will find out about it here.
