14 DAY TRIAL // Demi Lovato is the only returning judge on the third season of X Factor, aside from Simon Cowell, who imported the show from the UK. She stopped by Jay Leno the other night to promote it and, as per usual, was absolutely charming.

She also reveals she’s working on a book inspired by her struggle to stay sober and healthy, which, she promises, isn’t just for girls but for every young or old man or woman who might be having problems at some point in their life.
Demi also makes a few jokes about Simon Cowell and explains how she grew up in a haunted house.
