Those of you on the lookout for a laptop/tablet hybrid, and who don’t mind spending a significant amount of cash in the process, should know that the versatile Dell XPS 11 has been made available for ordering.

The XPS 11 convertible boasts a truly beautiful 11-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. And thanks to its True Color viewing technology users can work on the device in any lighting conditions.

The XPS 11 is not called a convertible for nothing, as customers can easily switch between tablet and laptop mode by rotating the screen all the way with 360 degrees. The hybrid starts at $999.99 / €743.

Dell also made available an updated version of the XPS 13 Ultrabook. The device sports a 13.3-inch edged-to-edge display.

The laptop has obviously been built to be a powerhouse of sorts, packing the latest Haswell architecture (with choices between Core i3, i5 and i7) and Intel HD 4400 or HD 5000 graphics. Battery life is said to have been extended compared to previous models.

Prices for the XPS 13 start at $999.99 / €743.
