14 DAY TRIAL // Last week, computer maker Dell came to the CES 2011 show in Las Vegas with a new tablet PC, the Dell Streak 7, which is currently running Android 2.2 Froyo, and which arrives on shelves as the successor of the company's Dell Streak tablet PC, a 5-inch device. The new Dell Streak 7 is set to become available for purchase in the United States on the airwaves of wireless carrier T-Mobile, with support for fast speeds on the company's network.
The handset should be put on sale in the near future, but no specific info on when exactly that would happen emerged, nor on the price tag it might feature when released.
However, one thing that we've just learned on this device recently is how it looks on the inside, since Tinhte.vn (via Engadget) has brought the Dell Streak 7 to pieces, and published both photos and a video if the process.

It does come as a surprise that Dell chose to pack Android 2.2 Froyo inside the Streak 7, but it might upgrade it to the new Android 2.3 OS in the near future, especially since this would not be the first time the company would make such a move with its Android devices.
The original Streak came on shelves with Android 1.6 on board last year, although newer flavors of the OS were already available, and tasted an upgrade to Android 2.2 sometime in the fourth quarter of 2010.
