It looks like rumors regarding Dell's upcoming 10-inch Android tablet have been confirmed, as the device has just received its “Wi-Fi interoperability certificate.”

As we reported last week, the next 10-inch tablet manufactured by Dell is known as Streak 10 Pro and is expected to be announced in June.

Unfortunately, other than the confirmation of the Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity, no additional details regarding the tablet's hardware have emerged besides those that surfaced last week.

The Streak 10 Pro is reportedly powered by a dual-core T20 NVIDIA Tegra processor with a clock speed of 1GHz, which does not feature support for 3D viewing.

Obviously, the Streak 10 Pro is delivered with Android 3.0 Honeycomb on board, but no telling if Dell has enough time to deliver the tablet with the latest Android 3.1 platform.

The device's 10-inch multi-touch screen supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. It packs 1GB of DDR2 memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion.

The tablet is said to measure 261 x 176.4 x 12.9 mm and weighs 720g (battery included), which puts it in the heavy-weight category.

In addition, the Streak 10 Pro sports a 5-megapixel main photo snapper, as well as secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat.

Other details regarding the tablet's specs include Bluetooth 2.1+EDR connectivity and a 24.1 Wh battery that should provide for up to 12 hours of usage.

On related news, the Streak 10 Pro is expected to make its debut in the United States via AT&T, in June.

Even though there's no information about the device's exact release date, the computer maker is known for delaying its products constantly without further notice.

It is also worth mentioning that Dell's Streak 10 Pro will be available in three versions with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB of flash storage.
