The latter is more of a maybe than the other, smaller one

Windows 8.1, formerly known as Windows Blue, will soon be released by Microsoft, which means we can expect a whole new generation of PCs and tablets.

It turns out that MSI is not the only company being proactive about this.

Dell is also readying some products, though instead of all-in-one PCs it is putting together tablets. Or, well, at least one tablet.

There might be a 10.1-inch Windows 8.1 slate on the way, but a recent report from Digitimes only mentioned an 8-inch model as a sure thing.

Not to say that Dell won't have any all-in-one or desktop systems featuring the new OS, or a notebook or two. I just haven't found many rumors to that effect yet.

All those products will target the enterprise market. Windows 8.1 was, after all, conceived for that segment.
