14 DAY TRIAL // Dell and Wyse have reached an agreement through which the former is completely gaining ownership of the latter's various assets.
Through this deal, Dell hopes to start once again acquiring market share in the desktop and data server markets, after losing some to Lenovo last year (2011).
Wyse already has some thin and zero cloud clients to offer, plus cloud management and virtualization software, as well as similar things for mobile devices.

Wyse holds around 180 patents and has so far shipped more than 20 million products in the server, storage and networking categories. What remains is to see how Dell uses them.
