Dell has recently launched its Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets in India, but the computer manufacturer is bent on becoming one of the leading tablet-vendors in the country.

The company also sells the Windows 8-based Venue 8 Pro and Venue 11 Pro in the country, so it’s offering customers a wide range of choices (the models mentioned above run Android). Anyway, Dell says it aims to introduce 3G versions of the tablets in India, by February-end, reports CRN.

Dell is hopeful it will manage to attract buyers by offering entry-level, low-end devices, but also high-end ones with better hardware and always-available support.

With this in mind, the device-maker will expand its business to 50 top cities in the country, in the next months, including “multi-brand stores and commercial partners catering to enterprises.”
