14 DAY TRIAL // For those people who own many mobile products, or in case they work with a bunch of different electronic devices, Datamation has built an USB charging station.
Dubbed “a truly universal USB charging device,” it can identify the correct charge profile for each connected device, assuming said item can be found in its library.
Fortunately, should there be a need, that very library can be updated at any time.
“Using the right charging profile helps maintain battery performance and extend the life of your device,” said Joe Mazza, Datamation Systems’ Vice President.
“Trade shows, conference centers and tech centers have been asking for this for a long time.”
There will be several versions of the station, with different numbers of ports. Daisy-chaining them will be possible, as will integrating them into lockers, kiosks, etc. No price known yet though.
