At the Daytona International Speedway, during the Coke Zero 400, Danica Patrick managed to claw her way into the top 10. Then, on the final lap, she crashed right before the finish line.

A video summary of the race is embedded below, including both Danica’s crash and other incidents that cost drivers good positions.

Danica eventually came up on the 13th position, with the race being won by the driver who also dominated it from start to finish: Jimmie Johnson. In winning, he’s become the first driver to win both Daytona races (the 500 and 400) in the same season.

“Saturday night’s race marked Patrick’s return to the track where she announced her arrival as a full-time Sprint Cup driver in February by taking pole position for the season-opening Daytona 500,” Belge Info writes.
