Verizon Wireless is about to introduce a BOGO (buy one get one for free) deal on the Motorola DROID RAZR. Starting February 10, customers will be able to purchase two of Motorola’s Android flagship smartphones at the price of one.

The folks over at BGR have also learned that the Motorola DROID 4 will hit shelves at the same date and will be available for purchase for $199.99 (150 EUR) with a new two-year agreement.

The good news is that Verizon will offer the same deal on the DROID RAZR MAXX device, while DROID RAZR in purple and white will be included in this BOGO deal as well.

In the same news, the guys over at BGR suggest that the carrier plans to revive its double data promotion, which, basically, doubles customers’ smartphone data.

However, the double data promotion applies only to those who own 4G LTE smartphones, and offers them 4GB of data for only $30 per month.

Customers who still own a standard mobile phone can take advantage of the carrier’s trade-in deal which will net them a $30 Verizon gift card for their handset.

Furthermore, Verizon will also offer customers a $100 discount on any 4G LTE tablet with the purchase of a mobile phone and a new activation with a two-year agreement.

All these offers are expected to go live on February 10, the same date that Verizon Wireless plans to launch the illusive Motorola DROID 4, which was delayed multiple times due to unknown reasons.

Unlike the DROID RAZR and DROID RAZR MAXX, the Motorola DROID 4 comes with a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a slightly smaller 4.0-inch capacitive touchscreen.

The phone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform, but it’s likely to receive an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade later this year. In addition, the phone is equipped with a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 16GB onboard memory and 1GB of RAM.
