Acer's been quite busy lately officially releasing some of their latest products, and now, the company's back with yet another display solution, namely the Acer H5360BD projector.

The Acer H5360BD offers a native 720p resolution (1280x720 pixels) and 16:9 aspect ratio, but it also packs a True 24p feature, which means that it can deliver a movie theater-like experience, namely Full HD resolution at 24 frames per second.

Additional display-related features worth mentioning include the 2500 ANSI lumen brightness level, as well as the 3200:1 contrast ratio, plus the fact that the device comes equipped with a very advanced power management system, enabling users to actually boost the lamp's functioning time by using it in a very efficient manner.

The projector also comes equipped with a built-in speaker, but, to be perfectly honest, if you're seriously interested in using this thing for your home multimedia center, we strongly recommend to pair it with some fairly capable speakers.

As mentioned right from the start, the projector from Acer is 3D-ready, meaning that it will be able to display 3D images when coupled with a pair of suitable glasses and a source of 3D content, such as a Blu-ray Disc player, gaming console or a 3D PC, via the built-in HDMI 1.4a interface.

It's also interesting to note that the new projection solution from Acer offers a wall-color compensation feature, which means that the device will automatically adjust its settings in order to provide very accurate colors and an overall good quality image even on colored surfaces.

Unfortunately, much as in the case of most other new products introduced by Acer, there's still no word on either pricing or availability for the new H5360BD model, and all we can do right now is simply wait for it and hope that the company will bring it to the market as soon as possible.
