It’s almost the end of the year so this can only mean one thing for fans of pop music: the release of DJ Earworm’s yearly mashup of the biggest pop hits of the year. Check it out at the end of the article.

“United State of Pop 2010 (Don’t Stop the Pop)” marks the fourth remix of the type in as many years, and represents a mashup of the 25 biggest selling hits of the year, as per Billboard magazine.

As in previous years, the DJ (real name Jordan Roseman) has made the mashup available on various channels, including on his Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Those who wish to listen to it more than once, preferably on other devices that don’t have an internet connection, can also download the mashup free of charge, which is also becoming a year-end tradition with the famous DJ.

However, as he points out on his YouTube channel, this year saw demand go through the roof and, from the moment of posting it and the time of writing, his official website has gone down – and is yet to come back up again.

Still, those who want to download the remix can do so here.

Of the tracks that have made the cut this year, one notes Ke$ha’s chart topper “TiK ToK” and lots of samples from Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” and Rihanna’s “Rude Boy.”

Lady Gaga, being the artist with the best-selling album of the year, is also included with “Bad Romance” and “Telephone” (a collaboration with Beyonce), while Taio Cruz is featured with “Dynamite” and “Break Your Heart.”

Enrique Iglesias, Eminem, Alicia Keys, Lady Antebellum, Usher and Bruno Mars are also included in DJ Earworm’s latest offering. Notably absent is Justin Bieber.

The 5.30+-minute mashup also comes with an “official” video comprised of bits and pieces from each artist’s official video, just like it happened with last year’s release.

Check it out below and, of course, enjoy.
