The PLA will take war to a new era!

It seems that the Earth is just not enough for the Chinese any more. They've taken war to space and cyberspace. They have an informatized army that is bound to cripple enemy forces. So, instead of directly attacking with planes, tanks and bombs they will render enemy communication offline. Some will say that old fashion warfare is still the best. But what good is having a large powerful force if one tank or plane or whatever doesn't even know where his peers are because they can't communicate? What good is it to have a huge army deployed if they can't even get their orders? That's the way the Chinese think - they will take down all enemy communication and then squash them. This is not something new - the lack of data exchange will lead to having a useless divided force and this is an old Roman strategy, called "Divide et Impera" (divide and conquer).

So, what can the Chinese actually DO? Well, they have a new type of missile that can go to outer-space and destroy any satellite, so this is severe for countries such as the US, that have satellite based telecom (destroying their satellites means disrupting communication) Another thing is that the Chinese have a lot of hackers amongst their ranks, let's not forget about all the recent attacks on different countries that have been attributed to the People's Liberation Army, by some papers (nothing official yet). Their cyber-army is bound to make a difference in any possible warfare.

I was really thinking about this - suppose war begins between China and let's say, the US. Will the Americans be able to do the same thing like in Iraq? I seriously doubt it - with China's new cyber-weapons and their anti-satellite missile it will be hard for a country to launch an attack against them, not to say anything about sustaining it.
