The CyanongenMod team has officially announced the first and only maintenance release for CyanongenMod 10.2. Thus, we also found out this will be the last release to be based on Android Jelly Bean.

The new version arrives to crush a number of bugs, but most importantly it provides support for a bunch of lower-specced devices, like the Barnes & Nobles tablets (includes Nook, Nook HD and Nook HD+).

The new release does not bring new features but focuses on fixing some problems, APN updates, localization (translations) and some back port of code (and fixes) for CM11 (Android 4.4 KitKat).

While bug fixes are always welcome, remember this will be the very last build to be based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and that from now on the CyanogenMod team and their custom ROMs will be all about Android KitKat.
