Although Gainward has already outed two GeForce GTX 570 graphics cards, one of which is an overclocked “Golden Sample” model, it seems that the video cards manufacturer is working on yet another non-reference GTX 570 card, rumored to be called the GeForce GTX 570 Phantom.

So, as VR-Zone reports, it seems that the company is seriously considering developing such highly-customized model, Gainward already having a few banners in place, that they've showcased at a partner event held in Singapore.

Moreover, the company also revealed quite a few interesting details regarding their forthcoming Phantom product, that will apparently be quite different from most of the other similar graphics cards out there, at least in terms of design.

According to Gainward's reps, this new graphics card will employ a triple-fan dual slot cooling solution in the form of a large heatsink with six heat pipes that spans across the length of the card for maximum cooling performance, with the fans being hidden in between the heatsink and the top mesh / cover.

Despite having three fans, noise level under full load is expected to be lower than their custom GeForce GTX 570 Golden Sample 'Goes Like Hell' Edition card.

Although no specific details regarding the level of performance the new GTX 570 will deliver have not been provided, it seems that it should be positioned at some point between a reference GeForce GTX 570 (732MHz) and their custom GeForce GTX 570 GS-GLH (800MHz).

As you might expect, absolutely no info on either availability or pricing for Gainward's GTX 570 Phantom has been provided just yet, but given just how cool this thing will apparently be, both in terms of design and power, we expect it to quite a bit pricier than the reference version, probably roughly around the same price point (or slightly under) the “Golden Sample” model.
