14 DAY TRIAL // If you’re older than 25, you too probably grew up with horror classics like “Chucky,” America’s favorite serial killer toy. The redheaded Chucky is back now, with a new film that goes straight to DVD and Video On Demand release in September.

Brad Dourif, an incredibly talented actor, returns to voice the demonic doll and, this time, he will be sharing the screen with his real-life daughter Fiona Dourif, who plays the little girl who takes the evil doll in, not knowing that it can come to life because it’s inhabited by the spirit of a serial killer.
Even though Chucky still scares the bejesus out of me after all these years (pretty much like Pennywise, Freddy Krueger, or Candyman), I must admit that “Curse” looks pretty generic.
However, if done well, it could still provide fans of the franchise an enjoyable trip down memory lane.
