PETA supporters will try to convince buyers to let go of items made out of natural fur

Around the winter holidays, the fashion industry is usually blooming. Unfortunately, profits still depend on the skin and fur of misfortunate creatures.

Right before the Christmas frenzy takes over, numerous PETA supporters from Anchorage, Alaska to Norfolk,Virginia, will try to convince a large segment of buyers to forego purchasing fur-made clothes and accessories.

PETA officials state that, in some cases, fur found in clothing items imported by the US from China was actually coming from cats and dogs. Think that your pet could be turned into a high-class neckband, before you buy something made of fur.

Even the smallest minx, fox or rabbit cuff means that the industry killed these creatures by the millions, to boost its own profit margins.

The team of demonstrators is prepared to hit the road and change consumers' behavior by showing them how to make smart, eco-conscious choices.

Our Christmas preparations should highlight environmentally-friendly improvements, therefore it would be a great idea to start crossing fur off your shopping list. No holiday is green if it's based on acts of animal cruelty.
