14 DAY TRIAL // It really looks like blonds do have more fun. At least according to Courtney Stodden, who decided to return to her signature blond look, two months after she caused a big buzz when she sudenly appeared as a buxom brunette.
At the end of last year, Stodden suddenly came out with chocolate-brown hair and also decided on a lot less make-up as she began sharing selfies in what she described as a “natural look.”
But it really seems that Courtney is either really fond of the blond or thinks it suits her much better than a dark color, because she decided to switch back after less than two months.
At the time of the change, Courtney was still fresh from her separation from ex-husband Doug Hutchinson, and it was considered that her new hair color was a way of “finding” herself. It turns out that what she found was that blond hair suits her better.
Their relation was widely controversial because of the age difference between the two. There was a 34-year gap between the “Green Mile” actor and Stodden, who was 16 at the time.
Now, Stodden returns to her peroxide look, as she quips, “I couldn't stay brunette, I'm too blond,” quoted by Daily Mail. With a little help from some long extensions and from personal stylist Anush Jambazian, Courtney is back to the bombshell style that made her famous in the first place.
Young Stodden is no stranger to experimenting with looks, since she's had several augmentations done on her body, including larger breasts and lip injections, and those are the only visible ones.
At the moment, blond Courtney still lives in Hutchinson's house, based on a weird arrangement they made. The former couple have yet to settle their financial matters, as Courtney says the actor didn't want to sign a prenup when they got married.
