The court hearing of Australian man Matthew Flannery, believed to be the LulzSec hacker Aush0k, has been postponed because the Director of Public Prosecution is still analyzing evidence.

According to IT News, the case has “evolved” since Flannery was arrested in April by the Australian Federal Police. However, there are still a large number of log files that need to be analyzed.

“The information provided in the brief of evidence includes analysis of large data sets. This type of investigation will involve a reasonable amount of time taken for non-technical people (lawyers etc) to digest the evidence presented,” AFP representatives told IT News.

Authorities hope they will file the evidence before the end of September. The hearing has been postponed until October. Until then, the alleged hacker will remain out on bail.

Flannery is accused of hacking into the website of the Narrabri Shire Council.
