Like many other makers of gaming-oriented products, Cooler Master has been collaborating with other companies, and its continued work with NVIDIA has now spawned a special version of its HAF X chassis.

Normally, the HAF X chassis has an all-black design, which means it is colored black both on the outside as well as the inside.

The new version of the enclosure, however, the so-called HAF X Nvidia Edition, stands out through its obviously green color theme.

To be more precise, the design uses a black and green design, both colors so spread with the aim of complementing each other.

Other than this aesthetic modification, the HAF X is mostly unchanged, from the size and shape to the insides.

For one, it comes with six exposed 5.25-inch bays, which are used for ODDs (optical disk drives) or fan controllers, or whatever else users will find that will fit inside them.

There is also room for 5 hidden 3.5-inch bays, which also support 2.5-inch and even 1.8-inch form factor HDDs (hard disk drives) or SSDs (solid state drives).

Furthermore, the HAF X is built with a front I/O panel which has USB 2.0 ports, USB 3.0, FireWire, audio jacks and eSATA.

Other specifications include pre-drilled watercooling holes at the back, a side window, a SATA dock (lets drives be installed without removing the side panel) and four fans.

To be more precise, there is a 230mm fan at the front (has green LEDs), plus a rear 140mm spinner and a pair of 200mm ones (side and top).

All in all, this should prove to be a versatile gaming chassis for those end-users that like NVIDIA hardware and the bright green color.

The full information may be found on the official product page and online stores should already be selling the newcomer for $229.99.
