The controller you want - in just seconds

It's been quite a long time (in both common time and technology-time) since the first piece of news about the Mawzer Modular Control Surface struck the pages of the web. Back then this was more like some sort of dream whose "coming true" was quite far and uncertain, if any at all.

We're quite happy to see it actually happening; and it's not just some web-talk gossip about the guys at Mawzer doing something ? they've already done it and the first demos and movies are available on the internet. [admark=1]

In shorter words, the Mawzer Modular Control Surface is one thing that could simply revolutionize the way we perceive the control surfaces and their functioning. Basically, the Mawzer Modular Control Surface is made of 2 main parts: the bay and the modules themselves. You can get the big picture as you'll learn that the Mawzer Modular Control Surface sports a matrix-like array of connectors that will host the inserted modules.

Technically you can make this control surface look the way you want. No matter whether we're talking direct functionality or making the controller look familiar, the Mawzer Modular Control Surface will let you do everything. You get both horizontal and vertical modules with faders, potentiometers, lighted buttons and combinations of the above.

Plugging and un-plugging these modules is extremely easy and fast; switching from a configuration to another takes just a few seconds. What's even cooler is the fact that the user benefits from an extensive array of settings and commands that will ultimately allow the Mawzer Modular Control Surface to be able to control more than one application with the same array.

Extensive MIDI channel editing and type of commands are also available so you can interact with all your gear in almost every way possible: SMTP and MIDI, with MIDI and USB connectors, the Mawzer Modular Control Surface sports it all. It simply looks that this very cool piece of technology will rock the very foundations of MIDI controlling the moment it will hit the market, in July. Amaze yourselves watching this movie.
