Conan O’Brien says NBC bosses are “brainless sons of goats” in opening monologue of The Tonight Show

Current host of The Tonight Show Conan O’Brien and home network NBC have still not reached an understanding as regards his imminent departure from the show and subsequent replacement by former host Jay Leno. Amid talk that said understanding will also come with a stipulation that O’Brien does not badmouth NBC for a given period of time, he seems bent on making the most of whatever time he has left on the show, as ABS-CBN News can confirm.

Though he wouldn’t downright confirm the report that he’s to leave The Tonight Show on Friday, O’Brien (Coco, as his fans are calling him as of late) began his opening monologue the other night by saying that he was only three days away from one of the biggest binge drinking episodes ever. That is to say, he’s three days from being kicked out, which would be reason enough to get drunk, he says.

He then goes on to tackle yet another rumor: that he will be gagged by NBC once the ink dries on the deal. While that might be true, one thing the tabloids are not mentioning is whether he could badmouth NBC in another language: that said, O’Brien launches a tirade against the network in Spanish, which also includes a reference to it being led by sons of goats that eat money instead of food and eliminate problems when they go number two.

“Conan O’Brien took his NBC bosses to task Tuesday and suggested that this could be his last week hosting The Tonight Show as negotiations over his reported $40 million agreement to leave the network appear to have stalled. ‘Hi, I’m Conan O'Brien, and I’m just 3 days away from the biggest drinking binge in history,’ the comedian said during the opening monologue of Tuesday night’s broadcast,” the aforementioned publication says of the monologue in question.

“Yesterday there were rallies for me in cities across the country, including Chicago. You can tell things are bad when even Cubs fans feel sorry for you. […] NBC is headed downhill faster than a fat guy chasing a runaway cheese-wheel. […] Some papers are reporting that I’m legally prohibited from saying anything bad about NBC. But nobody said anything about speaking in Spanish. NBC está manejado por hijos de cabras imbeciles que comen dinero y evacúan problemas ,” O’Brien also said in the opening monologue.

Below is the video of Coco trashing NBC in both Spanish and English. Enjoy.
