Rumors around the possible Apple tablet have started to surface more often than before, with an increasing number of details being unveiled each day. This time around, it seems that the list of component suppliers for the machine has surfaced, although the news remains on the rumor side, with no official word released so far.

According to Taiwanese website Apple Daily, a series of industry sources have unveiled the fact that the touch-sensitive display the tablet would come with will be supplied by Wintek Corp, and it will reportedly measure 10 inches. In addition, the sources also point towards Dynapack International Technology Corp as the company that will provide the batteries used in each of the units.

Said Apple tablet PC, which has been called iTablet several times, should be assembled in Foxconn's factories. The company, also known under the name of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co, is already known to be an Apple partner, having worked on the manufacturing of the iPhone, Mac mini and some iPod models.

The Financial Times has recently stated that the tablet is almost certain to come to the market before the end of the ongoing year. “The talks come as Apple is separately racing to offer a portable, full-featured, tablet-sized computer in time for the Christmas shopping season, in what the entertainment industry hopes will be a new revolution,” the FT noted.

Some of the recent rumors on the Web also suggest that the device might come full-packed with a wide range of multimedia capabilities, and bundled with another project from Apple, called Cocktail. In addition, word has it that the Cupertino-based company might plan to unveil the tablet in September, while the launch will come before the holiday season.

The tablet has also been suggested to be on its way to Verizon's airwaves in the US, though it might not come with a subsidized price as the iPhone. Hopefully, some official details will become available in the near future, so stay tuned to learn more on this.
