The end of AMC’s hit series “Breaking Bad” is very close: the final episodes of season 5 start airing on August 11. Meanwhile, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, and the show’s creator Vince Gilligan hit up Comic-Con 2013 San Diego to promote it.

And then the strangest, most awesome thing happened, as the two photos in the gallery will confirm.

Cranston dressed up as his on-screen character and put on a very life-like mask of Walter White / Heisenberg, strolling on stage and acting as if he was a fan costumed as his favorite villain.

He even spoke in a different voice to maintain the illusion.

When he sat down, he removed his mask and put it on the table before him. Minutes later, he and Aaron were pretty much making out with it, as fans in attendance were roaring with laughter.
